These Payment Terms apply when you make a booking through the Esthell Website.<\/p>

We accept the following methods via Razorpay:<\/p>

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.)<\/li>
  • Debit\/Credit Cards<\/li><\/ul>

    All transactions are encrypted and handled securely through Razorpay.<\/p><\/div>

    2. Pricing<\/strong><\/p>

    • The total amount shown before checkout includes applicable taxes and fees.<\/li>
    • No hidden charges will be added after payment.<\/li>
    • Memberships (Gold, Platinum, Emerald) are available as one-time purchases with no recurring billing.<\/li><\/ul>

      3. Payment Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>

      • After payment, you\u2019ll receive a booking confirmation in-app and via email.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

        4. Failed Transactions<\/strong><\/p>

        If your payment fails:<\/p>

        • You can retry using a different method.<\/li>
        • No booking will be confirmed until payment is successfully processed.<\/li><\/ul>

          If money is debited without confirmation, please wait 24\u201348 hours before contacting support.<\/p><\/div>

          5. Cancellation & Refunds<\/strong><\/p>

          • Cancellation policies vary based on the hotel, resort, or activity type.<\/li>
          • These will be clearly shown before you book.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                All room types at Esthell Village Resort follow a graduated cancellation penalty. For each booking (Superior, Executive, Club, Premium Club, and Suites), the following applies:<\/p>

                • Early cancellation (\u226572 hours before check-in): 25% of the booking cost retained (i.e. 75% refundable).<\/li>
                • Mid-term cancellation (48\u201372 hours before check-in): 50% is retained.<\/li>
                • Late cancellation (24\u201348 hours before check-in): 75% is retained.<\/li>
                • Last-minute cancellation (<24 hours before check-in or after check-in): 100% retained (no refund).<\/li>
